A pirate crew sails toward a sunlit island harbor in Pockie Pirate World.

Pockie Pirates is back

An independent revival is taking shape. This is our introduction to the project, not a public game launch.

The adventure we are rebuilding

Pockie Pirate World is rebuilding Pockie Pirates as a browser game. The aim is a connected adventure: recruit a crew, arrange a formation, take on battles and move through a world where the next quest and destination make sense. Familiar art is part of that experience, alongside the mechanics and interactions that give it purpose.

The first major delivery target reaches Alabasta. The wider original game remains the longer-term direction, but that first route gives the work a concrete destination to connect and test. It is a development milestone, not a release date or a claim that the rest of the game is already ready.

A look at the work

Our development trailer introduces the visual side of the reconstruction. It includes battle-renderer excerpts, crew stills, an arena composition and illustrated scenes. You can see strikes, a skill effect and the way the presentation is returning, with the transcript and shot explanation on the trailer page.

The video is not footage of a live multiplayer session. We want the material to be interesting without asking it to prove something it does not show. Character coverage, game-system implementation and ordinary player journeys each need their own evidence, and the project keeps those questions separate.

An independent project, openly in development

This is an independent fan revival. Our updates describe our own reconstruction, not a return of the original service. Preserved game material helps us recover the experience, while newly authored or recreated work is kept distinct from recovered material. Unresolved details remain part of the work rather than becoming confident claims.

There is no announced beta date or public access offer. Follow the progress board for the current measured position, explore the mechanics being rebuilt, or read the FAQ for practical questions. This first post opens a window onto development; the next steps are still being built and tested.
