Rebuild progress
About 65 to 70% of the road to Alabasta
An estimate of the measured work for our first playable journey.
About 59% of the full original game
An estimate across the measured systems, content and art of the original game.
458 of 542 test journeys passed on our live test server. Some used test shortcuts; this does not yet prove a complete playthrough.
We are rebuilding the game system by system. Our first playable journey targets Alabasta. This board shows each mechanic's purpose and current status; it is not a launch countdown.
A built feature still needs testing in ordinary play, alongside the rest of the game. Crew growth, battles, rewards and travel have to work together across a persistent journey. We keep missing artwork, unfinished screens and uncounted requirements visible instead of treating them as finished.
What you will be able to do
These are the game systems in the rebuild scope. A status describes measured delivery, and does not mean a system is available to the public today.

Where progress is happening right now
- Later recruitment poses are being checked
Work has reached the sixth recruitment tier; missing forms and pose stand-ins still need to be resolved before that tier is complete.
- More crew battle poses are in place
Original-style action poses are integrated across the first five recruitment tiers, while recovered original animations stay in place.
- Live test journeys cover more of the world
Hundreds of journeys have passing results on our live test server, covering towns, quests, sea activities and battles; some preparation used test shortcuts.
- Arena challenges and rewards are taking shape
Arena entry, challenge and ranking reward behavior have rebuilt checks; the complete live experience and original presentation still need testing.
- All Blue has rebuilt fishing and cooking flows
Fishing, cooking and recruitment reward checks are part of the rebuilt All Blue system, with remaining details still being finished.
Latest additions
- Later recruitment poses are being checked
- More crew battle poses are in place
- Live test journeys cover more of the world
- Arena challenges and rewards are taking shape
- All Blue has rebuilt fishing and cooking flows
These additions include work still under review. A new pose, screen or reward check is a step toward a complete system.
Some systems have a complete delivery checklist; others still need a closed inventory before a useful number can be published. Unknown totals stay unknown. The two headline bars cover the measured inventories and may change as more requirements are identified. They do not predict a beta date.
